Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished — just the way our family has always done it. They spend all of their lives grazing on pasture and are fed a carefully balanced grain ration for the last 90-120 days before harvesting. That grain finish adds beautiful marbling, rich flavor, and the tenderness you expect from a high-quality cut of beef.
